I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why one of my Azure VMs wasn’t letting me connect consistently. I looked over my NSGs, v-nets, the configuration of the VM itself. Finally, I resorted to Azure’s troubleshooting wizard and got this:
Just redploy the virtual machine.
Thankfully this was easy, as I’ve learned recently from some online training videos. Clicking on the “Redeply blade” link gave me one option, “Redeploy”, and within a few minutes I was able to access my VM with no problem.
